Group Housing Concept

Architecture / Residential — India, 2026

A group housing design study of tall residential towers in a cream palette, with timber-toned balcony bands giving each block its own rhythm. Landscaped courtyards hold an open gym, a children's play area and green lawns at the heart of the blocks, while retail units line the podium along the main road. Seen by day, at dusk and from above, the same scheme reads as a calm, planted neighbourhood rather than a single wall of buildings.
